Color in Motion
Tuesday, February 28th, 2023, 9am to 2pm at Brevard Zoo
Brevard Achievement Center's Color in Motion held at the Brevard Zoo.
Special education students will be bused to the zoo from schools throughout the county for an exciting, fun-filled day of creativity. Art stations will be set up throughout the zoo and students can visit these various spots throughout this wild environment. The VWC Arts & Culture CSP will sponsor one of these art stations helping students make puppets pertaining to this year’s “Out of this World!” theme. Additionally, a hospitality room will be available for the adult and EFSC student volunteers; not only have we agreed to man the room, but also to provide individually wrapped cookies to include with their other of- ferings. Volunteers will be invited to join in a pizza lunch and there will be plenty of places to refill the reusable water bottles you bring along. This truly promises to be one of the most re- warding days of putting your time and talent to work--helping kids, seeing the animals, having fun and just being outdoors!
