Our next exercise challenge will start on February 1. Each Monday through Friday, you will complete three exercises each day, which can easily be added to your regular routine. The three exercises for each day are listed on the attached monthly calendar. You can report 15 minutes per day for those days that you complete all three exercises listed. If you do not have a copy of the Stretches, Strengthening Exercises or Exercise in the Park handout, you can find them on our website under “Recommended Articles”.
